PARIS SIGNATURE
1. Seller Information These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on the PARIS SIGNATURE online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Products Our products are made to order via print-on-demand production. Product images are as accurate as possible; slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings or production processes.
3. Pricing All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required by law. PARIS SIGNATURE reserves the right to modify prices at any time; orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of purchase.
4. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
5. Order Processing & Delivery As our products are produced on demand, please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipment. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French consumer law, EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason — except for personalized or custom-made items, which are exempt from this right.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us before the deadline. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
7. Returns & Refunds Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
9. Governing Law These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
